Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital's vision is to develop a community care system by uniting healthcare providers, government health employers, and community services to create a seamless and comprehensive system of care focused on enhancing community health. This collaborative approach will better serve our communities by delivering a superior product at a lower cost through shared decision making, integrating information systems, efficient use of facilities and equipment, and compacting clinical services.
